Let moisture dry naturally
If sheepskin boots become damp, let them dry at room temperature. Avoid dryers, radiators, fireplaces, and direct high heat.
Direct heat can stiffen natural materials and change the way suede and wool feel.
Brush gently after drying
Once dry, use gentle brushing to lift the wool and refresh the suede surface. The goal is to revive texture, not scrub aggressively.
A light routine is better than waiting until the boots look neglected.
Avoid heavy wet use
Suede sheepskin boots are not the best choice for slush, salt, heavy rain, or wet snow. A technical boot is better for those conditions.
This boundary protects the customer and the brand. It also makes the boot feel more premium because the material is explained honestly.
Refresh the wool inside
Natural wool can compress with regular wear. Let the boots air out between uses, then brush lightly where the wool is accessible.
If the customer wears socks, the wool may stay cleaner and the fit may feel different, so care and sizing should be considered together.
Store them dry
At the end of winter, store sheepskin boots fully dry and away from direct sunlight or heavy compression.
A simple storage habit helps the boot keep its shape and material feel for the next cold season.
